  • Primary Statuses of the Order
    When using Customall, new orders will automatically be transmitted to the system. The orders' information will then be received and displayed in the Orders section. Primary statuses of the order include Pending Approval, Ready to Print, Paused, Processing, Sent, Failed, Fulfilled, and Archived.Few readers
  • How to Export Orders Using a CSV File
    If your fulfillment provider supports importing orders through a CSV file, you can export your orders from Customall and upload them directly to your provider’s system.   • How to Connect Fulfillment Partners via API Key
    An API key is a unique identifier generated by a provider to enable third-party services, like Customall, to connect and send orders. To ensure Customall can identify and send orders to the correct account, copy and paste your API key into the Fulfillment Partners page.   • How to Automatically Send Orders to Vendors
    To enable automatic sending to vendors, go to Settings → select General → toggle on the Automatic Send to Vendors feature in the Order Fulfillment section. After enabling, you can set the number of hours. Customall will automatically send orders to vendors after that time.Few readers
