Why are the images in artwork blurry and low resolution?
To enhance loading speed for products in the artwork and on the storefront, Customall reduces the resolution of the images.
Enabling the Show Original Image feature will increase the image to its original resolution.
Show Original Image can only be activated for individual layers, not entire groups at once.
It's not recommended to activate too many layers as original images, as this may slow down loading speed.
Decreasing the resolution within the artwork does not affect the quality of the print file or the product previews on the storefront.
