Manage Clipart Categories


What is category


The category feature aids in organizing cliparts into distinct groups based on your criteria. When a layer of artwork is designated to utilize clipart categories, customers can easily select all cliparts within a specific category to customize their design.


Edit category


  • Right-click on the category you want to edit
  • Click Edit category
  • In Edit category pop-up, you can change parent category and edit title
  • Click OK to save the changes


Duplicate category


  • Right-click on the category you want to duplicate
  • Click Duplicate category
  • Click OK to duplicate category


Add subcategory


  • Right-click on the category you want to add subcategory
  • Click Add subcategory
  • In New category pop-up, you can change parent category and edit title
  • Click OK to save the changes



Currently, Customall only supports displaying up to 2 levels of clipart categories on the storefront. Clipart with more than 2 levels of subcategories, as shown in the image below, cannot be displayed on the store.


Delete category


  • Right-click on the category you want to delete
  • Click Delete
  • The system will ask you to confirm that you are sure to delete, you can click Delete button to delete category or click Cancel button to cancel


Re-oder category


To re-order sub-categories in a category:

  • Click on the parent category
  • Hold the mouse and drag to the correct position


If clipart has been used in products on the storefront, when changing the location of subcategories, please allow at least 1 hour for the changes to be applied. To quickly apply these changes on the storefront, after reordering subcategories, you can navigate to Settings and click on Update.
