AI Filters Management

On the AI Filters page, you can manage all your AI Filters, including adding new filters, searching, editing, or deleting existing ones.

Search an AI Filter

You can search for a filter by entering its name in the search box or filter the filters by model.

Add a New AI Filter

  1. Create New Filter

Click the Create button.

  1. Configure Your AI Filter

Fill in the following information:

  • Choose Filter Model*:* Select a model that fits your needs.
  • Enter Filter Name*:* Add a name for your filter.
  • Upload Reference Image (Optional)**: Turn on this option to upload a style reference image

  • Add Custom Prompt*:* Describe the style or effect you want in detail. The more specific your prompt is, the better the result will be.

Note: If your prompt contains words or subjects that violate the terms of use of the selected AI model, the app will return the original uploaded image instead. You can view their policies here.

  • Upload Thumbnail (Optional)**: Upload a thumbnail image for your filter.
  • Advanced settings: When using the Transparent Sketch Background for the Sketch Outline Filter, you can choose one of three options: Soft keeps lighter strokes, Strong makes strokes bolder, and Balanced is the default.

After completing all fields, click Next: Test Filter.

  1. Test Your Filter (Optional)

Upload a test image.
Click Run Test to preview how your filter works, or skip this step and save the filter directly.

The system will take a few moments to process.

After the image has been generated, you can click Re-test to create a new version. If you want to use the result as a thumbnail, check Use test result as thumbnail.

When you are satisfied, click Continue to Save.

  1. Save Your AI Filter

Review your filter settings → Click Save Filter to save it for future use.

  • You can also add a new filter directly in the artwork by going to the Artwork screen → selecting the Image layer → clicking the Select AI Filter button under the AI Filter section in Layer Settings on the right side of the screen.

Edit AI Filter

  • To edit an AI Filter, click the Pencil icon on the desired filter.

  • A pop-up will appear where you can make changes. Once you are done, click Update Filter to apply the updates.

The samples provided by Customall are fixed and cannot be modified.

Delete AI Filters

  • To remove an AI Filter, click the Trash icon on the filter you want to delete and confirm the action.

Custom Prompts with Variables

Provide more flexibility in using AI filters for designs. The prompt can dynamically adapt to customer input, ensuring that the AI-generated image matches the information entered by the customer, such as a person's name, pet's name, etc.

  • Step 1: Create variables in the AI prompt

Create your AI filter and insert variables to your custom prompt. Variables like {{name}} are replaced with the customer's textbox input when the AI processes the image.

To test your filter, you need to enter a sample value for each variable.

  • Step 2: Connect the Text Layer to the Prompt Variable

After creating an Upload Photo with AI Filter layer with a variable, create a Text Layer in your Artwork and select the matching Prompt Variable Name.
This connects the text layer to the variable used by the AI filter, allowing the customer's input, to be included in the generated image.
If the text layer is only used as a variable and should not appear in the final design, drag it off-canvas to hide it.

If the AI filter has already been used in artwork, you need to reselect the variable in the artwork editor when changing the variable.

Note: The system applies the following rules on the storefront to ensure that the AI has all the required data:

  • Buyers must complete all options linked to variables before they upload a photo.
  • When the buyer edits the name in the textbox, they need to regenerate the photo.
