How to Generate a Test Print File

A Print File (or Production File) is the file created after a customer customizes a product and places an order. This file is used for fulfillment.

To help you review the print file and catch any errors before placing an order, Customall offers a feature that lets you get test print files for checking. This ensures accuracy and prevents mistakes in your final orders.

How to Get a Test Print File

Get the print file script from Customall

In the left menu, select Setting → API Key.

Click on Get Print File Script button to copy the script.

To refresh the API Key, click the Reload icon.

Generate the test print file on your product page

Navigate to the product you want to get test file in your store → Personalize your product.

Press F12 or right-click and select Inspect.

Click on the Console tab → Paste the print file script → Press Enter. The print file will generate and appear below.

It may take a few seconds to a few minutes for our servers to generate the test print file. The larger the artwork size, the longer the processing time.

If you see this warning, type allow pasting in the input field below and press Enter to enable pasting.

Tip: Hover over the test print file tab to check its dimension.
