How to Configure Add-on Price Option
What is Add-on Price
Add-on Price allows you to set an extra charge for specific personalization options, helping you increase your average order value. When a customer selects an option with an add-on price, the extra fee is automatically included in the product’s total at checkout.

How to Set Up an Add-on Price Option
To ensure the add-on product is displayed correctly on the cart page, you must first enable the Customall Cart Script in your Shopify theme.
Go to Online Store → Themes → click Customize on the theme you are currently using.

In the left sidebar, click App embeds → turn on Customall Cart Script → click Save.

Step 1: Create a Shopify Product for Add-on Charges
To apply additional charges to your product, begin by creating a new product in your Shopify store.
Go to Shopify Admin → Products → Click on Add product.

Enter your product name. Then scroll to the Variants section and create variants that represent your add-on options. For example:
Add Text – $5
Upload Photo – $10
Add Text + Upload Photo – $15

This product will represent your extra charges and will be added to the shopping cart alongside your main product.
You may enable inventory tracking to manage stock, or uncheck Track quantity if the add-on should be always available.

To ensure the Add-on Price Product functions correctly, make sure it is active and available on your Sales Channel.

Step 2: Configure the Add-on Option in Customall
Go to Artwork editor → Click on the + icon → Select Option

Set up the option by defining values in the Layer Settings:
Label: Title shown on the storefront.
Placeholder: Temporary text shown in the selection field before user input.

Display mode: Choose how options appear (e.g., dropdown, checkbox, switcher, etc).
- Click on + Add button to create option values. Each click will generate a new row for input.

- For image or color switchers, upload appropriate images or select colors for visual accuracy.

- Click Add-on price to link each value to a Shopify variant you created in Step 1.

A popup will appear. Click on the field under Select product → Search and select your Add-on Product → Choose the corresponding variant → Click Attach.

Switching the display mode will reset the add-on price configuration.
- If you have multiple stores, you can assign a product for each store individually.

- To remove an attached variant, click the Remove button.

- You can adjust the order of option values using the drag-and-drop handle.

- To delete a value, click the X icon.

Default value: The value shown in the preview before customer interaction.
Apply to all template: Allows layer settings from one template to be applied to others that share the same layer ID within the artwork.
