Customize Shopify Products Using Mapping Feature

Customall offers a feature enabling users to map Shopify products for direct addition of personalization options. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Sync products from Shopify to Customall

Navigate to Products → Select the desired store for mapping → Click on Sync Products. Products will sync gradually from Shopify to Customall.

Please ensure that products are active and not in draft status in order to sync them to Customall.

Step 2: Create Artwork and Product Base for mapping

To perform product mapping, you need to have an artwork and a product base.

For detailed instruction, read this article: Product Bases & Artworks

Step 3: Map existing Shopify products (from the selected store) with corresponding Artwork and Product Base for personalization

Click on Mapping to create a campaign with the selected product.

In the Campaign editor, product information such as Product Name, Product Handle, Tags and Description will be directly fetched from Shopify.

Click Add more product bases → Choose the corresponding product base for the product → Click Continue

After adding the product base to the campaign, the product images from Shopify also appear. You can select all images or specific ones.

The mockup image will be directly retrieved from the added mockup in the product base.

You can also upload your mockup by clicking the + button.

The Mockup editor here resembles the one from Customall. For detailed instructions, visit: Edit mockup in Campaign

Click Choose an artwork → Select the corresponding artwork for the product.

Once the product base and artwork are selected, their personalization options will appear.

Step 4: Map variants from Shopify to Customall

Select Mapping variants

Map by options: Products will be mapped based on options such as color, size, etc., from Shopify.

Map by SKU: Products will be mapped based on their SKU from Shopify.

Note that to automatically map SKUs, you need to set the SKU prefix in the product base to match the SKU prefix of your Shopify product.

Once variants are mapped, click Save.

Step 5: Click on Save to complete your product.

After saving the campaign, the product will be displayed on your Shopify product.

After completing these steps, you can find your product by clicking More filters and selecting Campaign type as Map Product.
