Customall introduces the Pack Mode feature, enhancing your customers’ shopping experience by making it easier to personalize and purchase products sold in packs.

Setup Pack Mode in Campaign

To create products with Pack Mode, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click Enable Pack Mode

Go to the Campaign screen → Click Enable Pack Mode
Note: Currently, Pack Mode only works with campaigns that have one print area.

Step 2: Enter the following information

• Select a Pack attribute and enter the number of units for each value. The number of units corresponds to the number of tabs displayed in the Personalized section on the storefront. Each tab has its own customization information and corresponds to a separate print file.

• Set the item label: This is the name displayed for each tab on the storefront.

Step 3: Save Campaign and Push to Store

Print files in the Shopify order

The print file for each pack is numbered sequentially, for example: _customall_print_file, _customall_print_file_2, _customall_print_file_3,...
