1. Does editing the mockup in a campaign affect the mockup in the product base?

No, editing the mockup in a campaign only applies to that specific campaign and does not affect the mockup in the Product Bases section. Editing the mockup in a campaign allows users to customize the mockup preview to suit each product individually.

2. Why can't I select 'Add Base' for some product bases after adding one?

After selecting the first Product Base, Customall will automatically show similar Product Bases based on their attributes. There are four cases in which Customall disables 'Add Base' in a campaign:
Product bases have the same Nice Name
Product bases have the same Title
The Nice Name of one product base is similar to the Title of another
The Title of one product base is similar to the Nice Name of another

3. How can I change the position of the 'Number Of Kids' label? I don't see a reorder icon for that label.

You can reorder the template field by entering the ID of the field you want it placed behind in the Display after layer ID section.

For example, if you want to move the Number of kids label below the Enter the nickname label, you just need to enter ID 2 into the Display after layer ID field.

The order only shows on the storefront and does not change in the campaign.
