1. How do I line break in the Help Text section?



You can add "\n" before the sentence you want to line break.


2. Why did I add a text box to the artwork, but it doesn't appear on the storefront for name input?



For cases where the text box doesn't appear, please check the following three conditions:
Incorrect display condition
Text font not selected
Max length not entered

3. What is the difference between the square check and the radio button after selecting a clipart category in artwork?





The square check is used to select the value that will be displayed on the mockup preview when customers first visit the product on the storefront. Only one value can be selected.
The radio button appears when the 'Default value' feature is enabled. It is used to pre-select cliparts that you want to recommend to customers. Multiple values can be selected for cliparts with multiple subcategories.
