Artwork Designer (Editor)

Overview Artwork Editor screen



The Artwork Editor screen is divided into 3 main parts in the image below:


The left part: layer management pane, containing all artwork layers and features
The middle part: visual design frame for the artwork
The right part: properties of the currently selected layer

Tools in Layer Management



To add a new layer to the artwork, choose the desired feature, such as Image Layer, Text Layer, Spotify Code layer, Calendar Layer, YouTube Code layer, etc.

To show/ hide a layer, you can click on the Eye icon

To lock a layer in place on the artwork to prevent accidental movement during editing, click on the Lock icon

To change the order of a layer, hold that layer until an orange box appears. Then, drag and drop it to the desired position



To delete a layer, right-click on it → Select Delete/ Delete in all template or Click on it → Press Delete/ Backspace

To rename a layer, double-click on its name or click on the Pencil icon and enter the new name

To change a layer's ID name, enter your desired ID or click on the Sync icon, then click Save

To resize and move a layer in artwork, just drag and drop it in artwork preview

Turn off the Lock Ratio toggle to allow resizing image independently in both width and height.



To rotate a layer, click and hold the button on top.

To select multiple layers for editing simultaneously, hold the Ctrl/ Command key and left-click on each layer

To select a continuous range of layers for editing simultaneously, hold the Shift key and left-click on the starting and ending layers of the range

To enable personalization options for a layer, click on the layer and activate the Allow personalized feature.

For layers that support personalization, we highlight the icon to facilitate easy identification and manipulation.


To replace a layer with another image while maintaining settings such as size and position, click on the image to upload the replacement.

To group layers together, first select the layers you want to group. Then, press Ctrl/Command + G or click the Create group button.

Tools on Editor




The section of the screen displaying all your artwork.
The zoom in/out feature for the design screen Editor.
Background color configuration option for transparent artwork. Background color is only visible on the design screen and not included in your print file.
Grid guidelines feature to aid in aligning the position of layers.
Undo function
Redo function

The Undo/Redo feature is limited to 10 uses per action when dragging and aligning layers on the artwork screen.

Main elements of the layer




Properties specific to each layer type, including font, color, position, etc.
Properties for configuring the Personalized layer.
