Overview

A product mockup provides a prototype image, enabling customers to preview both the product and its design. These mockups within the Product Base will later be employed in Campaigns to display artwork on the product.

Upload mockup

Click Edit Product base you want to configure mockup


Click the add new mockup icon


Upload or drag/drop or select an existing image that you will use as a mockup



Mockup images should be in .PNG or .JPG/.JPEG format.
This mockup is an image displayed on the product page, similar to a website banner. Therefore, Customall recommends using a maximum width or height of 1200px for your mockup image.
Unlimited number of mockup images.
Drag-and-drop the Mockup Images, to change its position.

You can drag-and-drop the Mockup Images, to change its position.

Edit mockup

Click on the pencil icon to edit the mockup. For detailed instruction about this section, read these articles: Printareas in Edit Mockup and Settings in Edit Mockup

Duplicate mockup

Click on the duplicate icon
Confirm duplicate mockup: the system will create a new mockup with the same attributes and settings as the original one as soon as you tick Yes. Tick Cancel if you want to cancel

Delete mockup

Click on the delete icon
Confirm delete mockup: the system will remove the mockup as soon as you tick Yes, tick Cancel if you want to cancel
