Usage Plan

You can go to the Overview page to track:
Your current subscription plan.
Your monthly cycle. The number of free orders will reset at the beginning of each cycle.
Your app balance: the amount of money that you accrues when you downgrade your subscription plan. This credit is stored in your account and can be used towards future subscription payments. Click here to learn more.
Change plan button: if you want to upgrade/downgrade plan.
In addition, you can check the number of Customall orders in the current cycle and the limit of free orders in your plan.
If your store still has free orders remaining, it will be displayed in green:


If your store exceeds the limit, it will be displayed in red:

Order History

The table includes the information fields: Order ID, Order Number, Product, Transaction Fee, and Created At. It can show you which order is free, which is charged, and the amount of the fee. Each line represents an order item.


Order ID: You can click on order ID to check order detail
Transaction Fee: The amount of extra charge for each order item in USD. The transaction rate depends on your subscription plan.
Created at: Charge's created date = order's created date.
