In case you have a complex mockup, e.g. the color of the T-Shirt changes according to the corresponding color of the variation or the mockup is only applied to one or a few variations, you can set it in Settings:

Change background with variant color

You can display your product's color variants without needing to add numerous mockups to the Product base. This feature is particularly beneficial for products with multiple colors, such as T-shirts, eliminating the need to upload a mockup for each variant.

Upload a mockup image with transparent background in term of product, so we can see through the color of the background


Enable toggle Change background with variant color and change the color for mockup → Click on Save


Our app can detect some basic colors based on their name (Black, White, Red...) without color hex.

Apply to variants

You can also set the mockup template to apply only to one or a few certain variations, only those that are active will receive this mockup:

Apply to Attribute: to apply the mockup template for one or a few certain variations with the same attribute (color, size, etc.)

Choose Apply to is Attribute → Select Attribute → Select color




Apply to Variants: to apply the mockup template for a few certain variations

Choose Apply to is Attribute → Select Variants
You can deactivate/activate the variants that you want to hide/show the mockup template on storefront by enable/ disable tongle.


Reset to default: after you set the mockup template to apply only to one or a few certain variations, you can click Reset to default to return Apply to variant to the original default state.
