Subscription Refund
Customall offers a 14-day free trial, allowing users to fully experience all app features. After the trial period, the chosen subscription plan will be charged.
Please be aware that after the 14-day free trial, Customall is under no obligation to issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Changing your mind about the app.
- Subscribing by mistake.
- Forgetting to cancel your subscription.
- Having no sales.
- Requesting refunds for previous months.
- Being charged transaction fees when your store exceeds the free order limit.
Transaction Fee Refund
In the event of a technical error from Customall that results in an incorrect design or inaccurate order details for a fulfilled order, our support team will treat your case as a priority and provide appropriate solutions. Specific resolutions will depend on the severity of the issue and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases (including but not limited to):
- Incorrect product setup by the seller.
- Incorrect personalization made by the end customer.
- Printing errors caused by the print provider.
- Design errors generated by third-party services (e.g., Remove.bg, Cutout.pro, etc.).
- Orders submitted without required customization.
