Refund Policy

Subscription Refund


Customall offers a 14-day free trial, allowing users to fully experience all app features. After the trial period, the chosen subscription plan will be charged.


Please be aware that after the 14-day free trial, Customall is under no obligation to issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Changing your mind about the app.
  • Subscribing by mistake.
  • Forgetting to cancel your subscription.
  • Having no sales.
  • Requesting refunds for previous months.
  • Being charged transaction fees when your store exceeds the free order limit.

Transaction Fee Refund


In the event of a technical error from Customall that results in an incorrect design or inaccurate order details for a fulfilled order, our support team will treat your case as a priority and provide appropriate solutions. Specific resolutions will depend on the severity of the issue and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds are not applicable in the following cases (including but not limited to):

  • Incorrect product setup by the seller.
  • Incorrect personalization made by the end customer.
  • Printing errors caused by the print provider.
  • Design errors generated by third-party services (e.g., Remove.bg, Cutout.pro, etc.).
  • Orders submitted without required customization.


We strongly recommend reviewing each order carefully before sending it to fulfillment.
