Product Base FAQs

1. Are there any requirements for the files used for the size chart images upload?



The uploaded file has no specific shape requirements; it can be square, rectangular, etc. It is recommended that the file size be greater than 1000 pixels.

2. Why can't users delete values in the Attributes section after that product base has been used in one or more campaigns?



To ensure that active campaigns are not affected, Customall will lock the deletion of values in the Attributes section when the product base is being used.


3. I have new mockups that I want to replace directly in the existing product base. Will this affect the current campaigns using that product base?



If you replace the mockups in the existing product base, the live preview for campaigns using it will update automatically as long as the mockups haven’t been edited. However, you'll need to manually save each campaign to update the thumbnails.



This process can be time-consuming if you want to sync both the live preview and the thumbnails. To avoid this, it's better to duplicate the existing product base, replace the mockups in the duplicate, and create a new product base.
