Our plan

The Customall allows users to use a 14-day trial to experience all the unique and strong features before making a decision about the paid plan. With a 14-day trial, you can use the Customall app for free, unlimited upload and standard support.
After the trial period ends, you can choose to subscribe to one of our following plans:


A cycle

A cycle for plan will last 30 days, counted from the date you install Customal app. The number of orders is also calculated based on this cycle. Customall plan users will have a certain number of orders for free for 30 days, so the number of orders will reset to 0 when a new cycle begins.
When completing a cycle (30 days), the user must pay the Transaction fee incurred in the month and the Fixed fee of the next month according to the subscription plan.

E.g., if you install Customall on May 1st, your first cycle will go from May 1st to May 30th, and the next one from May 31st to June 29th.

Free orders per month

Free orders per month refers to orders that are NOT charged a transaction fee within a month, only count orders generated by Customall. Each subscription plan will have a limit on the number of free orders, if you exceed that limit, you will need to pay an additional fee.

E.g., you are in the Starter plan with Free orders per month are 100 orders and the transaction fee per extra order is $0.6. It means that you have 100 orders per cycle without any transaction fee from Customall. However, from the 101st order, Customall will charge $0.6 per order (not charge the first 100 orders). On the next 30-day cycle, your usage will be reset and you will get new 100 free orders.

Transaction fee

When your order volume goes over the set limit within a cycle, you'll be charged an extra fee, known as the transaction fee. The transaction rate depends on your subscription plan.

E.g., you're currently subscribed in the Starter plan, which offers free first 100 orders, with a transaction fee set at $0.6 starting from the 101st order onward.

Features

When you use Customall, you receive the same features in every plan. However, with the Premium plan, you gain early access to new features, and with the Enterprise plan, you gain both early access to new features and priority in the feature request queue.

Support

When using Customall, users of the Starter and Growth plans will receive standard support, while Premium plan users will be provided with VIP support. Especially, when you sign up for the Enterprise plan, you will benefit from our 1 : 1 support program.

Change plan

To change plan, you need to go to Subscription → Pricing plans → Click Choose Plan.



In addition, you can also go to Subscription → Overview → Click on Change plan. The system will now redirect you to the pricing plan page, where you can select the plan you desire and proceed with the payment.
