Order Details
There are 2 ways to go to Order detail sreen:
Option 1:
Go to Orders section and click on Order ID:
The order detail screen will display as follows:
Option 2:
Go to Orders section, click on Action and click on View detail:
The order detail screen will display as follows:
In the order detail, you can view product on store; change order variant; regenerate, download, and upload custom print files; edit customization; revert previous version; and edit shipping information for the order.
To view product on store, click on the eye icon:
To change order variant:
Click on the edit icon
Change order variant
Click Save Change
To update design-related changes in your artwork for order, you can click on Regenerate. The Customall will automatically update print file for this order.
If you want to update design-related changes in your artwork for all orders created with this artwork, you can click on Regenerate All. The Customall will automatically update print files for all those orders.
To download the design file, click on Download.
In addition, you can also click on the view icon to download the design file.
You can upload another design instead of using a system design file through the Upload custom function.
Additionally, in the Order page, you can upload another design by:
Click on Upload Custom Design in the Action section of the order
Upload custom design and click on Save button
If you need to modify the customization information for an order, you can use the Edit Customization function to make changes:
Click on Edit Customization
Edit the customization information of the order and click on Save changes button to apply changes. The system will recreate the design file as soon as you click Save changes.
After editing customization, you can return to the previous version using the Revert feature. The print file will be automatically updated according to the reverted customization information.
To edit the shipping address of the order:
Click the edit icon in the order detail to change the shipping address
Editing the information and click Save Changes to save
Additionally, in the Order page, you can edit the shipping address of the order by:
Click on Quick View in the Action section of the order
Click the edit icon to edit the shipping address
Editing the information and click Save Changes to save
