Overview

Categories assist in organizing your product bases into distinct groups for easy management and searchability.

Create a new category

1. Go to the Product Bases → Choose Categories → Click Add new

2. Fill in the information for the new category → click Create category

Additionally, you can also create a new category while creating a new product base. In the Fulfillment service category field, click on Add category → Fill the main information → Click on Save:

Edit a category

1. Hover on the Actions of category needs to be fixed → click Edit

2. Update the information and click Update category to save the changes. The system will then be updated according to the new data.

Delete category

1. Hover on the Actions of category needs to be fixed → click Delete

2. Click Yes to confirm delete
