Why This Is Important
Updating the artwork of a published campaign can cause order failures. This happens when customers add a product to their cart before the update but check out after the artwork changes. In such cases, we can't retrieve the old artwork information, leading to issues with order processing.
Steps To Update Artwork
To safely update artwork for an existing campaign, follow these steps:
Duplicate the existing artwork to create a new version.
Make your edits in the new artwork.
Replace the old artwork in your campaign with the new version.
Save and republish your campaign.
Duplicating the artwork ensures we retain the necessary information for products already added to carts, preventing order issues. Please do not delete the old artwork, as it is essential for processing those orders. While this process might take a little extra time, it guarantees that customer orders remain unaffected.
