How To Use Face Cutout Feature
Customall partners with Cutout.Pro to use AI filters that automatically detect and crop faces from photos uploaded by customers.
The face cutout feature works effectively with both humans and animals, but it only processes one face at a time. Therefore, customers should upload solo portraits to ensure the feature functions correctly.

The service is charged based on the number of images used. Each photo uploaded by a customer counts as one credit. Therefore, select a plan that aligns with your store's usage needs.
Go to Settings → Services.
Click on the Config API Key button for the Cutout.Pro service.
Enter your API Key
You can find instructions on how to obtain your API Key by clicking on the link titled How to get Cutout Pro API Key.
After registering for an account, you need to find the API key of your account in their service.
Then, you can copy and paste API key there:
The Services section is only visible to team leader account. After the team leader account configures the API key, all team members can use Face Cutout feature.
Go to Artwork Editor → Add an Image Layer → Enable the Allow Personalized feature.
In the Layer Settings, fill in details such as label, help text, and placeholder.
Under Using value of, select Upload Images and set the minimum required width for the image in the Min Width field.
Enable the Face cutout feature.
Once the Face Cutout feature is enabled and applied, deselecting it will not revert to the original photo; a new image must be uploaded instead.
On the storefront, customers can upload their own photos and adjust the positioning by dragging and dropping, rotating, resizing, and setting the display exactly as they desire.
Photo must be in JPG/PNG/JPEG format, and size up to 12MB (limit from 3rd-party services).
If your account in Cutout.Pro runs out of credits, the system will display an error notification when customers upload their photos
There's no notifications from the face cutout service when your account runs out of credits, so it's important to monitor your credit balance regularly.
