# How To Use AI Filter Feature

Customall provides an **AI Filter** feature that allows you to create custom filters, such as Watercolor Sketch, Oil Painting, Vintage Retro, and more, to create unique designs. When customers upload their photos, the system will automatically apply the selected filter to their images.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/a/8/3/6/a836ece0c4805800/image_1tz6cyv.png)

### Step 2: Set Layer Information

* In the **Layer Settings**, fill in details such as label, help text, and placeholder.
* Under **Using value of**, select **AI Filter**.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/a/8/3/6/a836ece0c4805800/image_lpyh95.png)

* Set the minimum required width for the customer's uploaded image in the **Min Width** field.
* Choose the **Output Quality** for images processed with AI Filter.
1K (1024px) is the fastest option and is ideal for apparel and previews. 2K (~2048px) and 4K (~4096px) produce sharper print files, which are better suited for canvas, posters, and large wall art.

|| 2K and 4K resolutions require a configured Replicate API key in Service Settings. Please contact your team's admin if these options are unavailable.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/a/8/3/6/a836ece0c4805800/image_1fd4ibj.png)

|| For vintage, retro, or soft/blurry AI Filter styles, upscaling to 2K/4K will make the image sharper. As a result, the vintage or blurry effect may become less noticeable than expected. We recommend choosing the output quality based on the style and product type.

### Step 3: Select AI Filter

* Click **Select AI Filter**.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/a/8/3/6/a836ece0c4805800/image_105f45r.png)
