How to Personalize Etsy Orders on Customall
Customall offers a feature allowing users to link Etsy products with personalization options and customize orders based on customer notes. Follow these steps:

Reload your tab and click Sync Products.
Products will sync gradually from Etsy to Customall. You can return to Customall to verify if all products have been successfully synced.
If you allow your customers to choose images from a predefined list, you need to upload these images to the Cliparts section.
Click on Artwork Asset in the left menu, choose Clipart, and then upload you files.

To create a personalized option for your product, you need to have an artwork.
Customall supports 2 options: Create new Artwork and Import from PSD
The Etsy artwork interface is similar to the standard artwork interface. The key difference is that Etsy artwork currently supports only image and text features, and omits some unnecessary fields. Click here for detailed instructions.
An artwork can include one or multiple templates, with each template corresponding to a specific option. Creating multiple templates gives customers more personalized choices.
You can find more information in this guide: Artwork Template. In Etsy artwork, template display settings are omitted, and the dropdown display mode is set as the default.
Currently, Customall supports text and image features. The configurations are similar to those in normal artwork but with some unnecessary fields removed.

To automatically fill text personalization in your order, click on Add Tag for each text layer so that Customall can identify and autofill the text in your order. You can assign tags for: Name, Date, Address, and Phone Number.

Why link artwork to listing: To ensure that Customall can sync personalized orders placed for Etsy listings and enables you to customize linked artwork directly in Customall.
Click the Link to Product button on the right side of the screen
In the popup window, you will see a list of product listings from your Etsy store
To link the artwork, check the box next to the desired listings
Click the Save button to apply your settings.
Click the Link to Product button again.
In the popup window, locate the listings currently linked to the artwork (indicated by checked boxes)
Uncheck the boxes for the listings you want to unlink
Click the Save button to update your settings
If you have multiple Etsy stores connected to Customall, and want to link artwork to multiple listings on multiple stores:
Click the Link to Product button
In the popup window, navigate the tab bar to view listings from each connected store
Select a tab to see all listings from a specific store
Check the boxes for the desired listings from that store
Repeat this process for other stores if you wish to link the artwork to listings across multiple stores
Click the Save button to finalize your settings
To view all orders synced to Customall, click the Orders tab in the left-hand menu.
Customall syncs only personalized orders from your Etsy store. Personalized orders are those associated with product listings linked to an artwork in Customall. Orders from listings not linked to any artwork will not be synced.
On the Orders screen, you will find three tabs:
All: Displays all orders synced to Customall.
New: Shows recently synced orders that have not yet been exported.
Exported: Displays orders that users have exported to a CSV file
The order table provides the following details for each order:
Etsy Order ID: The unique order ID displayed on Etsy.
Order Date: The date the order was placed on Etsy.
Quantity: The number of items in an order.
If a customer's note contains details for multiple designs or quantities, you can use the Split Order feature to create multiple print files for a single order. Follow these steps to split your order:
- Click on the pencil icon next to the quantity → Click on the plus icon to add a new split.
- Adjust the quantity in the split order by entering a number, or remove unnecessary splits by clicking the trash icon.
- Click Save after making adjustments.
Each split order will be treated as a new order and will appear at the top of the order list.
Design: A live preview of the artwork with applied personalization details.
Product: The name and URL of the product listing.
Personalization Note: Click the eye icon to view the full personalization note.
Personalization Status: Indicates whether the order has been personalized:
- Incomplete: No personalization has been applied.
- Partially Complete: Some layers of the artwork remain unfilled.
- Complete: All layers of the artwork are fully personalized.
- Auto Complete: Layers of the artwork are automatically filled by AI.
Personalized By: The account name of the user who personalized the order.
Print File Status: The current state of the print file:
- No File: No print file exists for the order.
- Rendering: The print file is being generated.
- View File: The print file is ready to view.
To personalize an order and render a print file, follow these steps:
Click the Personalize button next to the personalization status column
Review the order details in the Order Detail section on the left.
Complete the personalizable layers in the Personalized Option section by filling in the input fields.
Click Save to save your work.
Click Render Print File to save and generate the artwork as a print file.
Check the Print File column to monitor the rendering status:
Rendering: Indicates the file is in progress.
View File: Indicates the file is ready for viewing.

After rendering the print file for a personalized order, you can export individual or bulk orders, including print files and other information, by following these steps:
Select one or more orders by clicking the checkbox next to the desired order row
Click the Bulk Actions → Choose Export Order(s) from the dropdown menu.
In the Export Template window, select your preferred export template
or you can add your customize export templates by navigating to Export Templates → Add Export Template
Click the Export button to start the export process.
For exporting large quantities of orders: Use the Export All Filtered Orders button → Choose Export Current Page to export all 10 orders displayed on the current page, or choose All Orders by Filter to export all orders matching your search criteria.

Step 2: Sync Products from Etsy to Customall

Why link artwork to listing: To ensure that Customall can sync personalized orders placed for Etsy listings and enables you to customize linked artwork directly in Customall.
Link Artwork to Listing(s)
Click the Link to Product button on the right side of the screen
In the popup window, you will see a list of product listings from your Etsy store
To link the artwork, check the box next to the desired listings
Click the Save button to apply your settings.
Unlink Listing(s)
Click the Link to Product button again.
In the popup window, locate the listings currently linked to the artwork (indicated by checked boxes)
Uncheck the boxes for the listings you want to unlink
Click the Save button to update your settings
Link Artwork to Listings from Multiple Etsy Stores
If you have multiple Etsy stores connected to Customall, and want to link artwork to multiple listings on multiple stores:
Click the Link to Product button
In the popup window, navigate the tab bar to view listings from each connected store
Select a tab to see all listings from a specific store
Check the boxes for the desired listings from that store
Repeat this process for other stores if you wish to link the artwork to listings across multiple stores
Click the Save button to finalize your settings
Step 6: Choose personalized option based on customers' note
Viewing Orders
To view all orders synced to Customall, click the Orders tab in the left-hand menu.
Customall syncs only personalized orders from your Etsy store. Personalized orders are those associated with product listings linked to an artwork in Customall. Orders from listings not linked to any artwork will not be synced.
On the Orders screen, you will find three tabs:
All: Displays all orders synced to Customall.
New: Shows recently synced orders that have not yet been exported.
Exported: Displays orders that users have exported to a CSV file
Order Information
The order table provides the following details for each order:

Select one or more orders by clicking the checkbox next to the desired order row

In the Export Template window, select your preferred export template
