How to Manage Your Credit Balance

You can manage everything related to your credit usage in the Credit Balance section under the Subscription menu on the left-hand side.



This section includes the following: Overview, Low Credit Warning, Invoice History, and Transaction History.



Overview


The Overview section gives you a summary of your credit usage:

  • Current balance: shows the total credits you have in your account.

Bonus credits: free credits given from promotions.

Purchased credits: total credits you buy.

  • Add credit: click Add Credit to purchase additional credits.



  • Recent invoices and Recent transactions: show the most recent activities. Click See More to view the full list.



Low Credit Warning


Enable Low Credit Warning to get notified when your credit balance is low.



After enabling it, you can set a warning threshold. Customall will show a warning banner whenever your credit balance drops to this amount.



Click Save Changes to apply your settings.


Invoice History


This section lists all invoices related to your account. Each invoice includes:



  • Invoice number: the ID of the invoice.
  • Date: when the charge occurred.
  • Description: what the charge was for (e.g., Credit Purchase, etc.).
  • Status: current status of the payment (e.g., Completed, Failed).
  • Amount: the total amount paid.
  • Action: click the Download icon to download a copy of the invoice.


To download your invoice list as a CSV file, click Export CSV.



You can only export the invoices shown on one page at a time.


Transaction History


This section records all activities related to credit usage and purchases. Each entry shows:



  • Date: when the activity happened.
  • Action: the type of action (e.g., AI Generate Mockup, Credit Purchase).
  • Credit change: number of credits added or used.
  • Balance after: your credit balance after the action.
  • Reference: shows the related order


Important: 5 credits are used for each generated image. Please add a suitable credit amount based on your expected usage.


To download your credit transaction history as a CSV file, click Export CSV.



You can only export the transactions shown on one page at a time.
