How to Generate Product Images Using AI in Campaign

Customall now provides the AI Generate Mockup feature, which allows you to create unique product images quickly and easily.

Step 1: Open AI Generate

Go to the Campaign screen → Click the AI Generate button in the Mockups section.

Step 2: Choose Your Generation Mode

A pop-up window will appear. You can choose one of the following modes: Quick Styles, Your Styles, or Advanced Mode.

Quick Styles

In this section, Customall will create product images using optimized pre-built prompts. You can click Show More to view additional styles and select up to 4 styles from the available options to generate multiple mockup images.

Your Styles

In this section, you can select saved custom styles or create your own style to reuse in the future.

To create a new style, follow these steps:

Click the Create New Style button

Define Your Style

Enter a style name.
Write a detailed description in the Custom Prompt section.
Upload a thumbnail image (optional).

After entering all the information, click Next: Test Generate to move to the next step.

Test Your Prompt (Optional)

Click Generate Test Image to preview how your prompt works, or skip this step and save it directly.

You can click Regenerate to create a new version.

When you are satisfied, click Continue to Save.

Save Your Style

Review your custom style information → Click Save to Your Styles to save it.

To delete a style, hover over the saved style → Click the trash icon.

Advanced Mode

In Advanced Mode, you can fully control your mockup description. Include details such as:

Product type and placement
Setting/location and atmosphere
Lighting style and mood
Camera angle and composition
Colors and styling preferences

After generating an image in Advanced Mode, you can also save the custom prompt to Your Styles for future use.

Step 3: Generate Mockup

Click the Generate Mockup button to start generating images.

The system will take a few moments to generate your mockups.

Step 4: Select and Add Mockup to Campaign

After the images are generated, select the image you want → Click Add Mockup to Campaign.

The selected mockup will be added to your campaign.

You can click the refresh icon to regenerate an image or click the Regenerate button to regenerate all generated images.

Important Notes

Each generation costs five credits.
Regenerating an image also costs five credits.
