How to Export Orders Using a CSV File

If your fulfillment provider supports importing orders through a CSV file, you can export your orders from Customall and upload them directly to your provider’s system.

How to Export Orders Using a CSV File

Go to the Orders page from the left menu.

Export Selected Order(s)

  • Select the order(s) you want to export.

  • Click Bulk ActionsExport Order(s).

  • In the Export Template popup, select your desired fulfillment provider’s template → Click Export.

You can only select and export the orders shown on one page at a time.

Export all filtered orders

Click the Export all filtered orders button to export orders from the Current Page or from All orders by filter. In the Template field, select your desired template, then click Export.

CSV Templates

You can select your fulfillment provider from our template list to match their specific CSV requirements.

Currently, Customall only supports exporting orders using the provider's template for products that are based on product bases imported from that provider. For example, you can only export orders using the Printify template for products that are based on product bases imported from Printify.

For most providers, you can simply download and upload the CSV file — no edits needed. However, for MerchOne and Printful, you will need to manually add a few details before uploading:

  1. MerchOne: Add the Listing ID and Variant SKU.

🔍 How to find these:

  • Go to your MerchOne Dashboard → Stores → Click the three dots next to the store containing your product → Select View store

  • Scroll to the Products section → Click the three dots next to your product → Select Edit product information

  • You will find Listing ID and Variant SKU here:

  1. Printful: Add the Product ID and Variant ID.

🔍 How to find these:

  • Go to your Printful Dashboard → Stores → Click View store next to the one with your product

  • Scroll down to the Products section - you will find the Product ID there

  • Open the product details, then find the Variant ID that matches your customer’s selection

If your provider is not listed, or if you want to export orders using a custom product base, you can create your own export template:

  • Go to SettingsExport Templates → click on **Add Export Template **button.

  • Check the sample CSV format from your provider and edit the new export template to match their required format.

  • After finishing the setup, click Save Template to save your export template.

Customall currently supports exporting up to 5,000 orders per CSV file.
