How to Connect Fulfillment Partners via API Key
An API key is a unique identifier generated by a provider to enable third-party services, like Customall, to connect and send orders. To ensure Customall can identify and send orders to the correct account, copy and paste your API key into the Fulfillment Partners page.
Only the team leader account has the permission to configure the API Key in Fulfillment Partners section.
Login to your Printful account at developers.printful.com/login
Go to Token Page → Click on the Add new token button
Fill in all the required information.
In the Scopes section, you must enable all options to allow orders to be sent from Customall to Printful. Then, click the Create new token button.
Once you are done, you will get a new Access Key
Navigate to Customall → Click on Fulfillment Partners → Click on the fulfillment name or link icon.
In the Credentials section, paste the copied Access Key → Click Save
After saving the API Key, a list of stores in your Printful account will appear. In the Select a store field, choose the store you want to send orders to.
After selecting your store, click Save again to complete your connection to Printful.
Login to your Dreamship account at dreamship.com
Click on Settings → API
If you don't find the API page, please contact Dreamship support to open access.
In the API section, click Copy to copy API key. You can click Show to check for API key
Copy and paste it to Customall's Fulfillment Partners → Dreamship page
You need to connect Webhook so Customall can receive tracking code from Dreamship when an order is fulfilled.
In Customall, copy the Webhook URL
Go to Dreamship → Settings → API → In the Webhook URLs, click on Add Webhook URL → paste the Webhook URL from Customall → click Add
Ensure the Advanced Webhooks option is enabled.
Click Manage Subscriptions in Webhook URLs section → Check the following items → Click Save.

Login to your Printify account at https://printify.com
Click on your Accounts → Connections
In API tokens, generate a new token → Enter API name (can be any name) → choose All scopes (full access) → Generate token
Copy the API key in the blue box
Navigate to Fulfillment Partners in Customall → Choose Printify → Paste the key to API key field → Click Save
Choose your store name in the Select a store → Click Save.
Login to your Printway account at https://printway.io/app/login
Navigate to Stores → Click on Connect APIs
Click on Generate Token to be able to connect to Printway APIs.
Copy and paste the API Key into the Printway Fulfillment Partners screen in Customall → Click Save
Login to your Gearment account at https://gearment.com/
Go to Settings → API Information → Click Request API
Copy the API Key and API signature
Paste them into the API Key and API Signature fields in Customall accordingly

Connect with Printful Fulfillment Partners
Login to your Printful account at developers.printful.com/login
Go to Token Page → Click on the Add new token button
Fill in all the required information.
In the Scopes section, you must enable all options to allow orders to be sent from Customall to Printful. Then, click the Create new token button.
Once you are done, you will get a new Access Key
Navigate to Customall → Click on Fulfillment Partners → Click on the fulfillment name or link icon.
In the Credentials section, paste the copied Access Key → Click Save

After selecting your store, click Save again to complete your connection to Printful.
Connect with Dreamship Fulfillment Partners
Login to your Dreamship account at dreamship.com
Click on Settings → API
If you don't find the API page, please contact Dreamship support to open access.

Login to your Printify account at https://printify.com

Connect with Gearment Fulfillment Partners
Login to your Gearment account at https://gearment.com/
Go to Settings → API Information → Click Request API
Copy the API Key and API signature
Paste them into the API Key and API Signature fields in Customall accordingly
