1. What file formats does Customall allow for uploading to the Clipart?

Currently, Customall supports uploading files in PNG and JPG formats.

2. In cases I want to allow customers to choose options like no hair, no glasses, no costume, etc., how should I set the display conditions?

For cases where customers can select the NO option, users can follow these steps:
Go to Clipart → Click on the clipart that needs the NO option added.
Add an empty file → Edit the clipart's thumbnail to an image such as NO, BALD, or NO COSTUME, etc.

3. Why should I use a zip file to upload cliparts?

Using the Import from zip file feature allows you to upload thumbnails for cliparts. Additionally, it helps speed up the upload process and ensures that all files are uploaded completely.
For folders containing many files, Import from folder takes more time and may result in missing files if the internet connection fails.
