Campaign Actions

  1. You can edit, duplicate, or delete a campaign by clicking the three-dots button and selecting your desired action.

  1. Flush cache

  • When a campaign or artwork is updated, the changes might not instantly appear on the storefront due to caching. Caching is a technique where frequently accessed data is stored temporarily to speed up data retrieval. While this improves efficiency and loading times, it can also result in displaying outdated information if the cache is not updated or cleared after new changes are made.

  • By using the Flush cache feature, you forcefully clear all the stored data, forcing the system to fetch the most recent data from the original source. This ensures that updates to campaigns or artwork are immediately visible to your audience on the storefront. It guarantees that your viewers have access to the latest content, enhancing their experience and interaction with your platform.

  • Click on Flush cache → Confirm by clicking on OK

If you don't use Flush cache feature, changes to artwork and campaigns will be updated within a maximum of 10 minutes.
