An Overview about Customall

What is Customall?


Customall is an all-in-one app created to provide personalized solutions for print-on-demand products. The goal is to optimize product upload time and enhance work efficiency.


Let's look through this guideline to complete your registration and set up your store:

  • Step 1: Connect your store to Customall
    Add unlimited Shopify, Shopbase... stores to your account
  • Step 2: Add or Import your first product base
    Find product from list fulfillment services you want to sell in your store or "Add new" your product
  • Step 3: Upload cliparts
    Prepare and upload your cliparts
  • Step 4: Create artworks
    Upload PSD artwork or create your own design file and config personalization options
  • Step 5: Lanch your first campaign on your stores
    Combine your artwork with products and launch on your stores to start


In general, you can use Customall to create a personalized design → Add to a POD product → Add your design to it → Publish to your store for selling.


The customized design will be attached in customer's order and then you can send it to fulfillment.


Terms


Some terms used in apps:

  • Product Base: A print-on-demand (POD) product that contains mockups and corresponding variants for each product (such as size, color, etc.).
  • Clipart: A collection of images that customers can choose from when making personalized designs. (eg. a collection of different dog breeds, including: dachshund, corgi, golden retriever, beagles,...)
  • Artwork: Your design file, which may contain multiple layers, with each layer representing a personalized option.
  • Campaign: A combination of artwork and mockup on the product base. It can be published on live store for personalizing and selling. Once published, campaign will be synchronized to Shopify as a Shopify product.


Basic Steps

  1. Create a Product Base


Add print-on-demand product data includes your base price, variants, mock-ups, print-area…


This step only needs to be done once for new product lines.


  1. Upload Cliparts


Upload and categorize your cliparts into various categories for later personalization use.


  1. Create Artworks


Upload your design files, choose the elements for personalization, then fill the necessary information such as labels, help text, placeholders, etc.


  1. Create and Launch Campaign


Create a campaign by adding an artwork to a product base, then publish it to the store, allowing customers to personalize and place orders.
